For nine years Carol Liquori worked for me as the in-house design consultant at Atlantic Design & Construction Company in Gainesville. During that time Carol oversaw all the interior and exterior design elements of the company’s projects, including the Mentone subdivision, the unique Park View town home community in Haile Plantation, and the Magnolia Grand apartments at The Villages. Carol also worked closely with the families who chose Atlantic Design to build their custom homes.

Carol Liquori from the Bosshardt Design Group helped us in preparing and staging our house for sale from recommending the paint color on the walls to which pictures to hang where. Decisions were made regarding arranging the furniture especially in creating a spacious appearance. We simply couldn't see what an objective decorator was trained to see.
