Carol Liquori, Director of Marketing and Design
Carol Liquori has been a resident of Gainesville since 1972, moving here from the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area where she was born and raised.
Before joining Bosshardt Realty Services, Inc. in 2004, Carol worked for nine years as the in-house design consultant for Atlantic Design & Construction, a premier local builder and developer. While at Atlantic Design, Carol oversaw all the interior and exterior design elements of the company’s projects including the Mentone subdivision, Park View in Haile Plantation, Magnolia Grand at the Villages, and countless custom homes.
In addition, Carol was responsible for staging all of Atlantic Design’s model and/or parade homes, including an award-winning model in Mentone.
Since joining the Bosshardt Design Group, Carol has been fortunate to continue her passion for design by staging models in the Belmont subdivision; Cricket Club, Windsor Park and Campus View condominiums; and clubhouses at Longleaf Village and Cricket Club.
Carol firmly believes that careful staging is the key to marketing your home to the broadest spectrum of buyers. According to the National Association of Realtors, she notes, prospective buyers make a connection to a house in 15 seconds. In other words, “You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression.”
